Step by step products for 1.8T - Longitudinal - 275hp.

Below you will find the parts you need to tune your longitudinal engine up to 275 hp.

You will find all the items you need below the text. - There are some items we have linked to, because otherwise there would be too many products below the text. - It is eg downpipe and exhaust. If you can not find what is needed for your car, you are welcome to contact us.

1. Put K04-015X turbo in the basket - Select with or without CNC ticket wheel
2. Choose from different exhaust manifolds below.
3. (If you choose the cast iron manifold, remember to add 3 bolts, 3 nuts and 2 gaskets - find it under related products inside the manifold.
4. Put 1 set of support bolts and copper nuts in the basket.
5. Put the downpipe in the basket - If it does not fit below, you can find more models HERE
6. Find new catback exhaust with more flow HERE
7. Select intercooler model below
8. Put suction pipe in the basket - A bit of adjustment when mounting on B5 models.
9. Select air mass meter below. VR6 is square - Audi TT is Round at one end.
10. Add 4 pcs. 441 ml nozzles in the basket
11. Add 1 pc. 4 bar regulator in the basket

Extras that are not a necessity:

1. The N75 valve is strongly recommended to be replaced as it otherwise gives fluctuating charge pressure.
2. Water injection can give up 25 hp. Recommended
3. Original blow off valve can become slack over time. Open valve can also be used to get the "whistle" sound. Find more models at the bottom of the page.
