Gasket between downpipe and intermediate pipe will NOT take care of this as it will not pack enough.
The gasket will fit on an original middle pipe as it is 2.5 "but not on this downpipe as it is 3".
However, the downpipe will fit at the original bolt hole distance.
For gasket between this downpipe and intermediate pipe, we recommend liquid gasket.
