HEICO-LOCK washers - Unique lock washer

These lock washers are uniquely made to lock themselves in that the pitch of the lock washer is larger than the thread on the bolt, thus the washer will always keep the bolt in tension. Very good washer if you have problems with eg an exhaust manifold or turbo shake loose. The lock washer is made of steel and hardened up to 485 +/- 25 HV0.3. The disc will cut into the surface it lies against and thus safeguard against rotation. The washer is coated with Delta protector. Very good alternative to Nord lock washers.
