The Edelbrock Carb Flange Adaptor 1106 is designed for use with the Edelbrock Ford Flathead 4 - Barrel Manifold 1107. This adapter can also be used to mount any Square bore carb to a manifold which originally had a Rochester 4GC (4 - jet) or CarterRochester WCFB carb.
