The Repair and Reinforcement Kit for the trailing arm mount of the BMW E46 is the latest addition to our series of reinforcements designed for this model.

This reinforcement kit is tailored for more demanding users and for comprehensive E46 repairs, often required in projects built for various motorsport applications. Our product not only repairs the trailing arm mount but also strengthens it to prevent future damage. For this reason, it is highly recommended to install this kit when building a project car or repairing the rear suspension.

The reinforcements are crafted from 3mm thick S355 steel, ensuring durability and reliability.

  The reinforcement includes an enlarged mounting basket, allowing for a greater range of adjustment. This feature is particularly beneficial for cars with significant lowering and those optimized for maximum grip.

• Compact Design for Easy Fitment:
  The larger basket is designed with a necked structure to ensure it fits seamlessly into the vehicle's body (see photo for details).

• Precision Template for Installation:
  The kit includes a template to ensure accurate installation. Before cutting the bodywork, the template should be applied to drill a few reference holes. When these drilled holes align with the holes in the reinforcement, the placement is correct, ensuring precise welding of the new baskets and reinforcements.
